We also handle insurance claims. Stiff Construction Inc. proudly serves Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, Goochland, Chester, Colonial Heights, Petersburg, Midlothian, Colonial Heights, Williamsburg, Fredericksburg and surrounding areas.

Stiff Construction Inc is owned and operated by a service disabled veteran. The mission of Stiff Construction Inc. is to provide quality masonry, brick and concrete new and repair work at an affordable price. It is the goal of Stiff Construction Inc. to provide its customers with an honest and accurate assessment of their particular needs; provide timely, efficient and quality work; and then receive compensation that is competitive, but takes into account the type of work being performed and the needs of the customer.

Carlton Stiff served in the United States Navy Seabees from 1968 – 1970 in the United States Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74. He was stationed in Vietnam (Quang Tri and Danang) during the Vietnam War from 1969 – 1970, constructing concrete aprons, barracks, POL facilities, hangars, ammunition supply point facilities, roads and a variety of other projects in support of the combat troops.

Carlton R. Stiff founded this company to provide services based on integrity and quality. He will not compromise either of these to gain business, but rather uphold the values that he, looks for when looking to companies with which to conduct business.
